Common use of Subject to Article B4 Clause in Contracts

Subject to Article B4. Overtime, when a part-time employee is required to work on a day which is prescribed as a designated paid holiday for a full-time employee in clause B7.01 of this Agreement, the employee shall be paid time decimal five (1.5) the hourly rate of pay for all hours worked on the holiday up to seven decimal five (7.5) hours and double time (2) thereafter. The provisions of clause B4.04 –Compensatory Leave do not apply.
