The Optionor and the Vendors shall assist the Optionee with obtaining Exchange Approval by providing any information and filing any documents required by the Exchange, including a Form 2A Personal Information Form. The Optionor agrees that any fees payable in connection with the review of a Form 2A PIF required in connection with the Optionor and associated background checks shall be born solely by the Optionor.
