employee headcount to other locations) and provide relevant information (subject to confidentiality limitations) on the subleased premises to the other; provided, that it is understood and agreed that all costs of such segregation and demising will be the sole responsibility of the Purchaser and that the Purchaser\u2019s plans and specifications therefor will be subject to the Sellers\u2019 reasonable approval. For purposes hereof, the term \u201cPermitted Sublease\u201d means a Sublease which is either (i) a Sublease with a Permitted Lessee Transferee so long as within ten (10) Business Days after Lessee\u2019s entering into any such Sublease with a Permitted Lessee Transferee, Lessee shall provide Lessor with a copy of the executed sublease agreement, or (ii) any other Sublease approved in writing by Lessor.
