Submission Not an Option. The submission of this Lease for examination does not constitute a reservation of or option for the Leased Premises or an offer to lease, it being understood and agreed that neither Landlord nor Tenant shall be legally bound with respect to the leasing of the Leased Premises unless and until this Lease has been executed and delivered by both Landlord and Tenant.

Submission Not an Option. The submission of this Lease or a summary of some or all of its provisions for examination does not constitute a reservation of or option for the Leased Premises or an offer to lease, and it being understood is not effective as a lease or otherwise until the execution by and agreed that neither Landlord nor Tenant shall be legally bound with respect delivery to the leasing of the Leased Premises unless and until this Lease has been executed and delivered by both Landlord and Tenant.
