Submission Not an Option. The submission of this Lease for examination does not constitute a reservation of or option for the Leased Premises or an offer to lease, it being understood and agreed that neither Landlord nor Tenant shall be legally bound with respect to the leasing of the Leased Premises unless and until this Lease has been executed and delivered by both Landlord and Tenant.

Submission Not an Option. The submission of this Lease or a summary of some or all of its provisions for examination does not constitute a reservation of or option for the Leased Premises Premises, or an offer to lease, it being understood and agreed that neither Landlord nor Tenant shall be legally bound with respect to the leasing of the Leased Premises unless and until this Lease shall not bind Landlord or Tenant in any manner whatsoever until it has been approved and executed by Landlord and Tenant and delivered by both Landlord and to Tenant.

Tenant or anyone claiming under or through Tenant shall be legally bound with respect have the rights to the leasing of the Leased Premises unless as set forth herein and until this Lease has been executed becomes effective as a Lease only upon execution, acknowledgment and delivered delivery thereof by both Landlord and TenantXxxxxx, regardless of any written or verbal representation of any agent, manager or employee of Landlord to the contrary.
