Submission to the Authority. 15.1 The parties shall co-operate fully in preparing, after the date of this Agreement, a joint notification to the Authority in respect of the proposed sale of the Shares by Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx to UGC subject to and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement (the Submission) in order that such Submission can be made as soon as reasonably practicable after the date of this Agreement.
Submission to the Authority. The Seller shall cause the Company to submit this Amendment Contract to the Examination and Approval Authority for approval within one (1) Business Day after its execution by the Parties, and this Amendment Contract shall come into force upon approval.
