Subscriber Authorization. If Subscriber purchases or uses the Services through a Procuring Party, then Subscriber hereby represents and warrants that Subscriber has authorized such Procuring Party to apply for, accept, install, maintain, renew and, if necessary, revoke the Services on Subscriber’s behalf. By authorizing a Procuring Party to provide or resell the Services to Subscriber, Subscriber hereby affirms its acceptance of this Agreement as it relates to Subscriber’s use of the Services. If Subscriber does not agree to the terms of this Agreement, then Subscriber may not purchase or use the applicable Services of DigiCert.
Subscriber Authorization. Member shall (i) authorize new Subscribers through the Conditional Access Management Center ("CAMC") in accordance with procedures established by NRTC and provide NRTC with the Subscriber's name, address, zip code, descramble identification and such other information as NRTC may reasonably request; (ii) maintain information regarding the location of each Subscriber's descrambler; (iii) require all Subscribers to notify Member in the event the location of any descrambler is changed;

Subscriber Authorization. You authorize SPC to obtain Your Electric Utility Account number, historical electricity consumption data, current and historical electricity rate data, and other energy- related data (the “Utility Data”) from the Electric Utility. This authorization shall be valid from the Effective Date, through the Service Term and for a reasonable period thereafter, not to exceed six (6) months, for purposes of carrying out the transactions contemplated by this Agreement. You agree to update this information upon request if Your electricity usage changes.
Subscriber Authorization. Each Customer shall obtain from its Subscribers who elect to pay their Customer xxxx statements via electronic fund transfer the proper authorization for electronic fund transfer to and from such Subscriber’s savings account or checking account, as prescribed by NACHA, except for EBPP Transactions in which case such authorization shall be CSG’s responsibility. Each Customer will enter only authorizations which it believes to be valid for processing.

Subscriber Authorization. Subscriber represents that the person executing this Agreement has been duly authorized by Subscriber to execute and bind Subscriber to the terms and conditions contained herein. Subscriber, with full knowledge of all terms and conditions herein, does hereby warrant and represent that the execution, delivery, and performance of this Agreement are within Subscriber's powers, have been duly authorized. and are not in conflict with law or the terms of any charter or bylaw or any agreement to which Subscriber is a party or by which it is bound or affected. The individual signing this Agreement agrees that (s)he shall have personal liability if this Agreement is not duly entered into by a legal entity.
Subscriber Authorization. Subscriber authorizes the Project Sponsor, Authorized Designee or Electric Utility to obtain Subscriber’s historical kWh consumption data. Subscriber hereby certifies that all information Subscriber provided to the Project Sponsor in connection with the Subscriber’s historical kWh consumption data and credit history will be true and Subscriber understands that this information must be updated upon request if Subscriber’s conditions change. Should Subscriber be found to be in violation of the Subscriber Eligibility Criteria, this Agreement may be subject to termination by Project Sponsor, the Electric Utility, or a governmental authority having jurisdiction over the Shared Net Energy Billing Program.
