SUBSCRIBER RECORDS, ACCESS AND AUDIT. RAJ TV (through the empaneled auditor) shall during the Audit referred to in clause 13.1 of this Agreement, be entitled to access the Records, SMS, CAS and related systems of the MSO/OPERATOR in order to determine the correctness of the LCN Report referred to in Clause 4 of this ANNEXURE C.
