You will pay all Fees set out on Order Forms in the currency stated within 30 calendar days from invoice date (without set-off, counterclaim, deduction or withholding). Fees start to accrue from the earlier of: (a) the date you or a User first access the Service; (b) the date set out on the relevant Order Form.
