Subscription Renewals. When Your Subscription is renewed, We will charge You based on Your Subscription Plan and the number of Users purchased in the Subscription Period preceding the renewal.

Subscription Renewals. Adobe or Account Manager will use reasonable efforts to notify Member prior to any Subscription Period end date. Subscriptions must be renewed prior to the Anniversary Date in order to ensure uninterrupted use of Product.

The renewal term for a Subscription will be specified in the Order, or if not specified, will be the same duration as the Initial Subscription Term (the Subscription Renewal Term”). If you do not wish to renew a Subscription you must select this option in the applicable place in the Sierra Platform, or notify us in writing at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.

If the Product is marked as "Renewal", this License is granted to you only if another license has been already granted to you for a product identified by Noemax as being eligible to receive the subscription renewal. The Product is renews the subscription of the product that formed the basis for your eligibility to receive the Product and constitutes a single product with that one.

Within 60 days of pricing notification, the Consortium will provide Project MUSE with a list of renewing Participating Members, including details on any changes to subscription options or administrative and technical information, and will provide completed order forms for any new Participating Members to be added. No later than December 1, JHUP will invoice the Consortium for all confirmed renewals and new orders. Renewal orders must be paid in full within 60 days of receipt of invoice to ensure the Participating Members’ continued access.

Renewal orders must be paid in full within 60 days of receipt of invoice to ensure the Participating Members’ continued access.
Subscription Renewals. At the end of your Billing Cycle your Subscription shall automatically renew for additional Billing Cycles (as applicable to your Subscription), unless otherwise cancelled by you according to Section 7.5 below.
Subscription Renewals. Customer subscriptions will automatically renew unless Lucid is notified at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the then-current annual subscription term. During the term of this Agreement, Partner will be entitled to the renewal discount on the renewal Fees as stated in Exhibit A if a Customer renews its account and Partner has met its Partner Quota in the prior contracted 12-month period.

Subscription licenses shall automatically renew at the end of each subscription term for additional one year terms without the need for additional paperwork unless Customer, the PTC Reseller or PTC notifies each other party in writing of non-renewal at least 60 days prior to the renewal date. The subscription fee for each renewal year may be increased by the percentage increase in the Consumer Price Index for the country in which the Customer is located (as specified at xxxxx://xxxx.xxxx.xxx/price/inflation-cpi.htm) for the most recent, published 12-month period for which data is available at the time PTC books the renewal order. Support Services: Subscriptions include an entitlement to PTC Support Services at the Support level specified in the table above. Such Support Services will be governed by the "Support Services Terms and Conditions" located at xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/support/maintenance/maintenance_support_policies.htm. Customer's order for software items ("Licensed Products") and use of those Licensed Products will be governed by the terms and conditions of the applicable PTC license agreement which Customer will be required to accept in order to install and use the Licensed Products, a copy of which is posted at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/legal-agreements. Your acceptance of this quote indicates your acceptance of the License Agreement. Any contrary, inconsistent or supplemental terms offered by you in any acceptance of this order or in any other documentation related to this order are expressly rejected.
