Membership Fees 59.01 The Employer shall reimburse an employee for the payment of membership or registration fees to an organization or governing body when the payment of such fees is a requirement for the continuation of the performance of the duties of the employee’s position.
Annual Membership Fee You agree to pay in advance a nonrefundable annual membership fee shown on page 1, whether or not you use your Card or Credit Card account. The fee will be charged on a periodic statement shortly after you open your Credit Card account and after that in the same month every year. We reserve the right to waive all or a portion of the annual fee.
Membership Fee Program Member agrees to and shall pay the Member Amenities Fee as provided in the Membership Agreement. Unless this Agreement is not renewed, as provided in Section 4 (above), subsequently, the Program Member will be billed for the Member Amenities Fee for each Renewal Year prior to the beginning of each Renewal Year, and the Program Member agrees to pay the invoiced Member Amenities Fee within 30 days after the date of the invoice. In order to facilitate the administration of the Personalized Care Practice and the Program Services, Personalized Care Practice hereby appoints Signature MD, Inc. to perform all billing and collections functions associated with the Member Amenities Fee (but not for medical services covered under any insurance contract, including Medicare). Subscription Fees Licensee agrees to pay all Subscription Fees. Xxxxxx Xxx may increase or decrease such charges from time to time and Licensee agrees to pay any such adjusted charges; provided that the adjustment shall be communicated to Licensee in writing (a) on or before its effective date with respect to fees which constitute pass-through charges from Third- Party Licensors or other vendors, and (b) at least twenty (20) days before its effective date with respect to all other charges. Licensee’s continued use of the applicable Licensed Application(s) shall be deemed to be Licensee’s acceptance of any such adjustments.
Membership Benefits The benefits of CamCare programs are available only while your membership is current and active. Benefits are term year specific so they can only be used during the current active plan agreement period. Members have the ability to change their plan from one plan to another but the plans cannot be unbundled. Each plan has been designed carefully to include those elements associated with the main intent of a particular plan.
Dues and Subscriptions The City agrees to budget and to pay for the professional dues and subscriptions of the Employee necessary for the continuation and full participation in national, regional, state and local associations and organizations necessary and desirable for the Employee’s continued professional participation, growth and advancement, and for the good of the City.
User Subscriptions Unless otherwise specified in the applicable Order Form, (i) Services are purchased as User subscriptions and may be accessed by no more than the specified number of Users, (ii) additional User subscriptions may be added during the subscription term at the same pricing as that for the pre-existing subscriptions, prorated for the remainder of the subscription term in effect at the time the additional User subscriptions are added, and (iii) the added User subscriptions shall terminate on the same date as the pre-existing subscriptions. User subscriptions are for designated Users and cannot be shared or used by more than one User but may be reassigned to new Users replacing former Users who no longer require ongoing use of the Services.
ADDITIONAL USER SUBSCRIPTIONS 3.1 Subject to clause 3.2 and clause 3.3, the Customer may, from time to time during any Subscription Term, purchase additional User Subscriptions in excess of the number set out in paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 and the Supplier shall grant access to the Services and the Documentation to such additional Authorised Users in accordance with the provisions of this agreement.
Subscription Fee Customer shall pay to Service Provider in consideration for Service Provider providing the Services, the subscription fee as agreed upon in the Order Form.
Software Subscription Use Case Red Hat Storage Server for On- Premise Red Hat Storage Server for On-Premise is intended to be used as a storage system and will be supported only when used as a storage node. Red Hat Storage Server is not supported on non- server hardware such as desktops or workstations. Red Hat Storage Server for On-Premise is intended for use on a dedicated System, Physical Node, Virtual Node or Virtual Guest; running other applications and/or programs of any type on the System, Physical Node, Virtual Node or Virtual Guest can have a negative impact on the function and/or performance of the Red Hat Storage Server and is not a supported Use Case. Each Red Hat Storage Server Subscription includes one Software Subscription to Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server and the Scalable File System Add-on, which are supported solely in connection with the use of Red Hat Storage Server. Red Hat Storage Server for Public Cloud Red Hat Storage Server for Public Cloud is intended to be used as a storage system and will be supported only when used as a storage node. When running in Amazon Web Services, an EC2 M1 Large dedicated instance is required in order to be supported. Running other applications and/or programs of any type on the same instance can have a negative impact on the function and/or performance of the Red Hat Storage Server and is not a supported Use Case. Each Red Hat Storage Server Subscription includes one Software Subscription to Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server and the Scalable File System Add-on, which are supported solely in connection with the use of Red Hat Storage Server. Red Hat Storage for Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform Red Hat Storage Server for Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform is intended to be used as a storage system with Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform and will be supported only when used as a storage node.
