Subsidiaries, Stock, and Notes. (a) Except as set forth on Schedule 3.6(a), the Company has no subsidiaries. For purposes of this Agreement, "subsidiaries" means any corporation, partnership, limited liability company, association or other business entity of which a person (as defined in Section 10.13) owns, directly or indirectly, more than 50% of the voting securities thereof.
