Substitute Teacher Associates. Whenever possible, the Board shall employ substitute teacher associates for any special education teacher who is regularly assisted by an associate and whose associate is absent. This provision shall not be construed to preclude the Board from non-reemployment of a teacher associate for any specific teacher.
