Common use of Successor Grantor Clause in Contracts

Successor Grantor. In the event ownership of the Trust Property or any portion thereof becomes vested in a person other than the Grantor herein named, Beneficiary may, without notice to the Grantor herein named, whether or not Beneficiary has given written consent to such change in ownership, deal with such successor or successors in interest with reference to this Deed of Trust and the Indebtedness and the Obligations, and in the same manner as with the Grantor herein named, without in any way vitiating or discharging Grantor's liability hereunder or under the Indebtedness and the Obligations.
