Successors and Agents. This Agreement shall bind and inure to the benefit of the agents, assigns, and successors-in-interest of each Party. Any reference in this Agreement to a Party shall be deemed include any agents, assigns, and successors-in-interest of that Party, with respect to rights and/or responsibilities relevant to this Agreement.
