Common use of Successors and Assign Clause in Contracts

Successors and Assign. All covenants, promises and agreements in this Supplemental Indenture contained by or on behalf of the parties hereto, shall bind and inure to the benefit of their respective successors and assigns, whether so expressed or not; provided, however, this Supplemental Trust Indenture shall not become effective until the Acknowledgement below has been signed by the Swap Provider.
