Successors and Assignees. This Agreement binds and benefits the heirs, successors, and assignees of the parties.
Successors and Assignees. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the successors and permitted assignees of the Parties.
Successors and Assignees. This Agreement shall be equally binding upon each party’s lawful successors and assignees.
Successors and Assignees. This Agreement binds and benefits the respective successors and assignees of the parties. However, the Borrower may not assign or delegate any of its rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior consent of IFC.
Successors and Assignees. The LOCAL PUBLIC AGENCY, insofar as authorized by law, binds itself and its successors to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The CONSULTANT binds its successors, , administrators and assignees to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The CONSULTANT shall not, however, assign or subcontract the whole or any part of this Agreement without the LOCAL PULIC AGENCY’s prior written consent.
Successors and Assignees. The LOCAL PUBLIC AGENCY, insofar as authorized by law, binds itself and its successors, and the CONSULTANT binds their successors, executors, administrators and assignees, to the other party of this Contract and to the successors, executors, administrators and assignees of such other party, as the case may be insofar as authorized by law, in respect to all covenants of this Contract. Except as above set forth, neither the LOCAL PUBLIC AGENCY nor the CONSULTANT shall assign, sublet or transfer its or their interest in this Contract without the consent of the other.
Successors and Assignees. 27.1 This Agreement shall be binding upon, and inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective successors and permitted assignees, and references to a party in this Agreement shall include its successors and permitted assignees.
27.2 In this Agreement references to a party include references to a person:
a) who for the time being is entitled (by assignment, novation or otherwise) to that party's rights under this Agreement (or any interest in those rights); or
b) who, as administrator, liquidator or otherwise, is entitled to exercise those rights, c) and in particular those references include a person to whom those rights (or any interest in those rights) are transferred or pass as a result of a merger, division, reconstruction or other reorganisation involving that party. For this purpose, references to a party's rights under this Agreement include any similar rights to which another person becomes entitled as a result of a novation of this Agreement.
Successors and Assignees. Except as otherwise provided herein, the provisions hereof shall inure to the benefit of, and be binding upon, the successors, assignees, heirs, executors and administrators (as the case may be) of the parties hereto.
Successors and Assignees. This Agreement shall be binding on the successors and assignees of the Principal Recipient and the Agreement shall be deemed to include the Principal Recipient’s successors and assignees. However, nothing in this Agreement shall permit any assignment without the prior written approval of the Global Fund.
Successors and Assignees. The terms and conditions of this contract shall bind all successors, heirs, administrators, trustees, executors and assignees of the respective parties.
