Sufficient Information. The Relying Party acknowledges that it has reviewed the CP and the terms of this Relying Party Agreement and that it has been provided with sufficient information to make an informed decision as to the extent to which it chooses to rely on information in the Certificates. The Relying Party acknowledges and agrees that the Certificates are personal to the relevant Subscriber and they are non-transferable. If a Relying Party relies upon a Certificate from an individual purporting to act on behalf of another legal person, the Relying Party does so entirely at its own risk.

Sufficient Information. The Physician or Professional’s service is reliant upon the accuracy and completeness of the patient information conveyed to the Physician or Professional, which is the sole responsibility of the student/patient. The Physician or Professionals have the right to refuse to provide the Services if, in the independent clinical judgment of the Physician or Professional, necessary information has not been provided to him or her.

Sufficient Information. You acknowledge and agree that you have access to sufficient information to ensure that you can make an informed decision as to the extent to which you will choose to rely on the information in a Certificate. Sufficient Information. Licensee may terminate this license within ninety (90) days hereof if the data and information delivered to it by Licensor is not, in Licensee's opinion, sufficient to market and sell Products, and in such event, Licensee shall have no further financial obligation hereunder and any payments made under paragraphs 3 and 4 shall be refunded

Sufficient Information. Each statement of charges issued by the Distributor to the Retailer must contain sufficient information so as to enable the Retailer to either: (a) include that information in the Retailer's next ▇▇▇▇ to a particular customer; or (b) reconcile the statement of charges with the amounts included in a Retailer's ▇▇▇▇ to a particular customer.

Sufficient Information. ATB Financial shall only be required to stop payment on an Item if the Client provides ATB Financial sufficient information in respect of the Item that it requests for payment to be stopped, including the correct amount and any other information required by ATB Financial in respect of the Item. Any stop payment requests provided to ATB Financial shall remain in effect for thirty six (36) months from the date of the request.
