Sufficient Notice. Any notice or other communication hereunder shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been sufficiently given, for all purposes, if deposited, postage prepaid, in a post office or letter box addressed to the Person for whom such notice is intended, to the name and address set forth in the case of a Beneficiary in Section 5.2 of this Agreement or such other address provided in writing to the Cimarron Trust by an authorized representative of the respective Beneficiary.
Sufficient Notice. All notices, requests, demands, or ----------------- other communications under this Agreement will be in writing. Notice will be sufficiently given for all purposes as follows:
(A) when personally delivered to the recipient, notice is effective on delivery;
(B) when mailed certified mail, return receipt requested, notice is effective on receipt, if delivery is confirmed by a return receipt;
(C) when delivered by Federal Express/Airborne/United Parcel Service/DHL WorldWide, or United States Express Mail, charges prepaid or charged to the sender's account, notice is effective on delivery, if delivery is confirmed by the delivery service; and
(D) when sent by telex or fax to the last telex or fax number of the recipient known to the Party giving notice, notice is effective on receipt, provided that
(1) a duplicate copy of the notice is promptly given by first- class or certified mail or by overnight delivery, or
(2) the receiving Party delivers a written confirmation of receipt. Any notice given by telex or fax will be deemed received on the next business day if it is received after 5:00 p.m. (recipient's time) or on a nonbusiness day.
Sufficient Notice. You permit us to issue notices required in terms of this agreement, legislation or regulation by making such notification available via our communication systems or sending such notification by email, SMS or similar future technologies. Any notices so issued by us, will as far as they contain contractual terms relating to mobile/online banking, also form part of this agreement. For the purpose of service of any legal process we choose the following registered addresses:

Upon the request by a Beneficiary or the West Chicago Trustee/Licensee, any reports or other specified documents also shall be transmitted by hard copy and shall be deemed to have been sufficiently given, for all purposes, five days after being deposited if deposited, postage prepaid, in a post office or letter box addressed to the Person for whom such notice, report or other document is intended. In all cases, the notice, report or other document shall be sent to the name and address of the authorized representative set forth in Section 5.2 of this Agreement or such other Person or address that a Party provides in writing to each other Party.
Sufficient Notice. Travel or any extension thereof will, to the maximum extent possible, be authorized or ordered in advance in sufficient time for the employee to have in his or her possession a travel advance prior to starting such travel.
