Suggested Retail Price. Licensee agrees to keep Licensor, at Licensor's request, advised of the wholesale and suggested retail prices at which Licensee sells the Licensed Products covered hereunder.
Suggested Retail Price. We will determine the price at which to sell the various formats of Your Work in the Distribution Channels ("Suggested Retail Price"). Our pricing determination may be influenced by a variety of factors in Our discretion, including, but not limited to, the length of Your Work, dimensions and binding options selected, color selection, and print and related costs. If You have purchased the "Set Your Own Price" option, if available, You will be responsible for either accepting Our Suggested Retail Price or setting a different Suggested Retail Price for each format of the Work, as long as the final Suggested Retail Price is within the limitations that We have set. After the Suggested Retail Price is set, We reserve the exclusive right to modify the Suggested Retail Price of the Work, should production costs change or market conditions warrant. You must approve any change to the Suggested Retail Price change prior to it taking effect. If You do not approve the Suggested Retail Price change or We cannot contact You to obtain Your approval, the affected formats of the Work may be removed from distribution until Your approval can be obtained. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICE IS NOT NECESSARILY THE PRICE OF YOUR WORK TO THE END CUSTOMER, WHICH IS SET BY THE RETAILER.
Suggested Retail Price. With respect to each Program Exhibited on a Pay-Per-View Basis, $4.95.

We do ask you to respect the wishes of clubs, pro shops and schools that prohibit the sale of merchandise on the premises. Returns and exchanges go through the USHA Distributor. Let it be known that if for any reason the merchandise needs to be returned, customers should bring it back to you. You can, in turn, work with the USHA office.
Suggested Retail Price. The suggested retail price for a Product provided to DR by Company. Term: Collectively for the Initial Term and any Additional Term(s). Territory: All countries in the world which the Parties have mutually agreed to in writing (including in the Implementation Specifications) at the Effective Date or at a later time during the Term of the Agreement, except countries to which export or re-export of any Product (a) is prohibited by applicable law or DR corporate policy or (b) would require DR to obtain an export license, with no license exception available .
