Suite. Units in the Residence Hall System that have Rooms with a living room or restroom shared between them, and that have no kitchen or kitchenette. Winter Break: The range of dates extending from the Friday after the final day of Fall semester finals until the Sunday prior to the first day of Spring semester classes.
Suite. The Manager grants the Resident occupancy of single space within a shared Resident unit in the Residence owned by the Institu tion (each as “Suite”) known as: “Conestoga College Student Apartments & Suites” (the “Residence”) for the duration of the Term. The number of Residents sharing the Suite is dependent on the Suite assigned to the Resident.

Suite. During the Term of this Agreement and annually, LVCVA shall be permitted to use, and shall receive admission tickets to access, a suite at the Ball Park (the “LVCVA Suite”), as well as six (6) parking passes in the area designated by the Company for suiteholder parking and one hundred (100) tickets, for all Events held at the Ball Park during the Term; provided, however, that, if LVCVA notifies the Company that it will not be using the Suite or any of the tickets for any Event, the Company shall be entitled to use or rent the LVCVA Suite and/or sell these tickets for such Event and retain the proceeds (if any) derived from such use, rental or sale. The Location of the LVCVA Suite shall be mutually agreed by the Parties and shall be a permanent location that may be decorated and branded by the LVCVA in its discretion. The location of the suite may be changed by mutual agreement of the Parties after five (5) years. The Company shall install permanent Signage designating the suite as the LVCVA suite.
Suite. At no cost to the City Parties, Owner hereby grants City Parties exclusive ownership rights of a suite in the Complex containing not less than ten (10) seats (the “Suite”) for any event at the Complex Site, including any special events held solely for suite owners, subject to all standard policies and procedures of Owner with respect to suites and suite holders (except as otherwise provided in this Agreement). The Suite shall be of a size and in a location reasonably acceptable to City Parties and Owner, and Owner and City Parties shall enter into an agreement promptly after the Effective Date that, subject to this Section 12.8.1, sets forth the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to the Suite. Use of the Suite by City Parties shall be for promotional and economic development activities and for other public and civic purposes during any event at the Complex Site. City Parties shall have the same privileges, under the same terms and conditions, as Owner grants to the majority of third-Persons for other similarly located suites in the Complex, except that, although City Parties shall be obligated to pay for costs and expenses in connection with its use of the Suite, including without limitation their share of food and beverage service charges, telephone expenses, maintenance and repair costs and other charges imposed on the majority of suite users for services (all such charges, costs and expenses to City Parties being on a “cost” basis to the provider thereof), City Parties shall not be obligated to pay (a) to acquire their rights to the Suite, (b) any annual rent with respect thereto or (c) for tickets associated with the use of the Suite. Further, Owner shall remove the Suite from the manifest for all events at the Complex Site and City Parties shall be entitled to the number of tickets to any event in the Complex Site equal to the sum of the number of fixed seats and bar seats in the Suite. Reserved or premium parking passes shall be provided to City Parties at no charge for events at the Complex Site in the same proportion and on the same terms that other third Person suite holders in similarly located suites have parking rights.
Suite. ParkHub will provide Customer with a number of licenses to access a web-based business intelligence platform (“Suite”) consisting of an online database and other such components, as ParkHub shall deem necessary and make available from time to time. Suite includes the following functionality:
