Common use of Summary of Issues Clause in Contracts

Summary of Issues. Prior to the hearing, the Parties will endeavour to reach an agreed to statement of facts and a summary of the issues that remain in dispute. It is the intent of the Parties to limit the use of witnesses to introduce evidence. Each Party will provide a list of witnesses and an outline of their intended testimony.
