Summer School, Winter and Spring Intersessions. 1. Positions for the School Age program will be filled by unit members in order of seniority who held a position in the School age program during the regular school year. a) in the event that classes in the School Age program have to be canceled, teachers will be released in the reverse order of seniority. 2. Positions for the CALSAFE Infant and Toddler program will be filled giving priority to unit members who held a position in the CALSAFE Infant and Toddler program during the regular school year. 3. Positions for the Preschool program will be filled giving priority to unit members who held a position in the Preschool program during the regular school year. 4. Remaining vacancies in all programs will be filled by teachers based on seniority in the CDS program.
