Summer Work Hours. 6:2.1 Effective September 1, 1999, summer hours for secretaries shall be from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and shall consist of six hours exclusive of a one-hour duty-free lunch hour from after the last day of the teachers’ work year in June until the day before the first day when all teachers report to their building at the beginning of the school year.
