Sunday Rates. For employees hired prior to December 3, 2010, all work performed on Sundays shall be paid at the rate of time and one-third (1-1/3) of the straight-time hourly rate. Employees hired on or after December 3, 2010 shall receive $1.00 per hour over the employee’s regular straight-time wage rate for all hours worked on Sunday.
