Common use of Sunesis Products Clause in Contracts

Sunesis Products. (a) Sunesis shall pay Biogen Idec at a royalty rate equal to the royalty rate provided under Section 7.5.1 with respect to Net Sales of Reverted Products by Sunesis, its Affiliates and their Sublicensees. (b) Subject to Section 7.6.2(a) above, Sunesis shall pay to Biogen Idec a royalty equal to { * } of Net Sales of Sunesis Products by Sunesis, its Affiliates and their Sublicensees.

Sunesis Products. (a) Sunesis shall pay Biogen Idec at a royalty rate equal to the royalty rate provided under Section 7.5.1 with 7.5.1with respect to Net Sales of Reverted Products by Sunesis, its Affiliates and their Sublicensees.
