Superannuation and Benefits. β€Œ 37.01 The Public Service Superannuation Act of Canada is a term or condition of employment for all members of the Bargaining Unit. 37.02 The Employer will, as a matter of practice, pursue waivers to superannuation benefits arising from termination of employment due to lay-off. 37.03 The Employer agrees to continue the past practice with respect to participation in a health care plan unless there is mutual agreement between the parties to change the practice or the plan. 37.04 The Employer shall provide, at no cost to the employees, the Nunavut Employees Union Dental Plan. The plan shall be maintained with the following negotiated enhanced benefit levels in place for the life of the Collective Agreement: (a) Deductibles per benefit year to decrease to as follows: (i) For single coverage, fifteen dollars ($15.00) per benefit year. (ii) For family coverage, thirty dollars ($30.00) per benefit year. (b) Periodontic reimbursement to 60%.
