SUPERINTENDENCE BY SUBCONTRACTOR. At all times during performance of any on-site Work under this Subcontract and until the on-site Work is completed and accepted, the Subcontractor shall directly superintend the Work or assign and have on the worksite a competent superintendent who is satisfactory to the Contractor and has authority to act for the Subcontractor.
