Superintendent-TAAAC discussion. Upon request of either party the Superintendent or designated representative(s), shall meet not less than quarterly with the President (or Executive Director) of TAAAC, or designated representative(s), to review and discuss recommendations and/or other matters of mutual concern to the parties to this Agreement.
