Superseding of inconsistent provisions. This Amendment supersedes the provisions of the Plan to the extent those provisions are inconsistent with the provisions of this Amendment. Except as otherwise provided in this Amendment, terms defined in the Plan will have the same meaning in this Amendment. Most Articles include definitions which are specific to that Article. Also see Section 1.6.
Superseding of inconsistent provisions. Section (a) through (d) above supersedes the provisions of the Plan to the extent those provisions are inconsistent with the provisions of said sections.

  • No Inconsistent Agreements Neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries has entered, as of the date hereof, nor shall the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, on or after the date of this Agreement, enter into any agreement with respect to its securities, that would have the effect of impairing the rights granted to the Holders in this Agreement or otherwise conflicts with the provisions hereof.
