SUPERVISION OF INSTALLATION. S.13.1 Where Seller is responsible for supervision of Installation or part thereof, Seller shall provide the services of one or more competent personnel to give instruc- tion to the skilled and unskilled labour provided by Xxxxx to secure:
a) the reception and unpacking of the Equipment
b) the moving to the place or places of Installation of the various items of Equipment and their Installation. If called for by the Contract, Seller shall load the Software and (if provided by Seller) the Configuration software onto the Equipment. If the Configuration has been performed by Buyer or others, Buyer shall be responsible for the loading of the Configuration software.
S.13.2 The skilled and unskilled labour provided by Xxxxx shall remain the servants of and under the control of Xxxxx. Seller shall not be liable for any act or omission of such labour. If, however, the supervisor of the Seller fails to allow appropriate competence and diligence in granting or notifying orders or instructions for appropri- ate workers, the Seller shall be liable in accordance with the Contract for the consequences of the respective failure.
SUPERVISION OF INSTALLATION. Star is responsible for connection of electrical and plumbing services to the equipment at the time of installation and the quality of that service. Amana service personnel will provide technical support at the time of installation completion and system start up at the installation site for up to seven (7) consecutive calendar days.
a) Star shall complete all plumbing and wiring before an Amana technician arrives at the system site.
b) Star is responsible for assuring that all electrical wiring and plumbing to and between system components conforms to local codes.
c) Star will insure main electrical service of:
SUPERVISION OF INSTALLATION. The Artist shall give at least 14 days advanced notice to the City’s Park Superintendent of the installation date.
SUPERVISION OF INSTALLATION. The XXXX CSP shall offer supervision of installation using the XXXX processes, methods and procedures for installation.
SUPERVISION OF INSTALLATION. 9.1 Where Seller is responsible for supervision of Installation or part thereof, Seller shall provide the Services of one or more competent personnel to give instruction to the labour provided by Xxxxx.
9.2 The labour provided by Xxxxx shall remain the servants of and under the control of Xxxxx. Seller shall not be liable for any act or omission of such labour.
9.3 The labour provided by Buyer shall in all respects be of adequate skill and sufficient in number to allow Seller to carry out its obligations in accordance with this Clause 9.
