Supervision of Services. (a) HTFC may, upon reasonable prior notification, call meetings which shall be attended by representatives of the Contractor.
(b) The Contractor will cooperate with HTFC at all times during the performance of Services and promptly study and act upon, as is commercially reasonable, all HTFC recommendations and proposals.
(c) The Contractor shall cooperate with HTFC in promptly completing and submitting all documents and records required by HTFC or other authorized representative of the State of New York and otherwise comply with all applicable orders, administrative rules, regulations and procedures of HTFC for the proper administration of the Services.

Supervision of Services. Any and all rights and obligations assigned to GWP shall be applied by any authorized person of GWP (Supervisor).

The Subrecipient shall perform the Scope of Services contained herein in a diligent, safe and workmanlike manner that conforms to generally accepted industry and professional practices, and the care and skill ordinarily exercised, for such Scope of Services. The Subrecipient will perform work under this Agreement by competent personnel under the management, supervision, and direction or employment of the Subrecipient. Corporation may, upon reasonable prior notification, call meetings which shall be attended by representatives of the Subrecipient. Subrecipient will cooperate with Corporation at all times during the performance of the Scope of Services and promptly review and act upon, as is commercially reasonable, all Corporation recommendations and proposals. Subrecipient will cooperate with Corporation in promptly completing and submitting all documents and records required by Corporation or other authorized representative of Corporation or the State of New York and otherwise comply with all applicable orders, administrative rules, regulations and procedures of Corporation for the proper administration of the Services.
Supervision of Services. Provider agrees that all Health Services provided to Covered Individuals under this Agreement shall be provided by Provider or by a qualified person under Provider's direction. Provider shall warrant that any nurses or other health professionals employed by or providing services for Provider shall be duly licensed or certified under applicable law.

(b) CPC will cooperate with HTFC at all times during the performance of this Agreement and promptly study and act upon all HTFC recommendations and proposals.
(c) CPC shall cooperate with HTFC in promptly completing and submitting all documents and records required by HTFC or other authorized representative of the State of New York and otherwise comply with all orders, administrative rules, regulations and procedures of HTFC for the proper administration of this Agreement.
Supervision of Services. (a) HTFC may, upon reasonable prior notification, call meetings which shall be attended by representatives of the Contractor. The Contractor shall have access to HTFC through its duly appointed Project Manager.
(b) The Contractor will cooperate with HTFC/GOSR at all times during the performance of Services and timely study and act upon, as is commercially reasonable, all HTFC/GOSR recommendations and proposals consistent with the Standard of Care.
(c) The Contractor shall cooperate with HTFC/GOSR in timely completing and submitting all documents and records required by HTFC/GOSR or other authorized representative of the State of New York and otherwise comply with all applicable orders, administrative rules, regulations and procedures of HTFC/GOSR for the proper administration of the Services.
Supervision of Services. Contractor shall supervise the services provided under this Contract. County will deal only through Contractor, who shall be responsible for the proper execution of the services provided under this Contract. Contractor shall be responsible to County for the acts and omissions of Contractor’s employees, subcontractors, and their agents and employees, and any other persons performing any of the services under this contract for Contractor.

(b) The Consultant will cooperate with HTFC at all times during the performance of Services and promptly study and act upon, as is commercially reasonable, all HTFC recommendations and proposals.
(c) The Consultant shall cooperate with HTFC in promptly completing and submitting all documents and records required by HTFC or other authorized representative of the State of New York and otherwise comply with all applicable orders, administrative rules, regulations and procedures of HTFC for the proper administration of the Services.
(i) for three (3) years from the time of closeout of HUD’s grant to the State or for the period provided in the CDBG regulations at 24 CFR 570.487 (or other applicable laws and program requirements) and 24 CFR 570.488, or (ii) six (6) years after the closeout of a CDBG-funded project pursuant to 42 USC 12707(a) (4) and New York Civil Practice Law and Rules §213, whichever may be longer. Notwithstanding the latter, in the event that litigation, claims, audits, negotiations, or other actions that involve any of the records citied commences prior to the retention period, then all such records must be retained until completion of the actions and resolution of all issues, or for the retention period, whichever occurs later.
Supervision of Services. The parties recognize that services provided under Section IIIA are being rendered for the Library.
