Supervision of Services. (a) HTFC may, upon reasonable prior notification, call meetings which shall be attended by representatives of the Contractor.
Supervision of Services. Provider agrees that all Health Services provided to Covered Individuals under this Agreement shall be provided by Provider or by a qualified person under Provider's direction. Provider shall warrant that any nurses or other health professionals employed by or providing services for Provider shall be duly licensed or certified under applicable law.

Supervision of Services. Contractor shall supervise the services provided under this Contract. County will deal only through Contractor, who shall be responsible for the proper execution of the services provided under this Contract. Contractor shall be responsible to County for the acts and omissions of Contractor’s employees, subcontractors, and their agents and employees, and any other persons performing any of the services under this contract for Contractor.
Supervision of Services. Services provided by Servicers Providers shall, at all times, be subject to the supervision of the Company’s Executive Management. Notwithstanding this, under no event or circumstance shall any Services Provider or any other member of the staff of the Parent Group be considered as an employee of the Company Group. Nothing herein shall be construed as creating an employer/employee relationship between the Company Group and any Services Provider or any other member of the Parent Group or their respective staff or placing the parties hereto in a partnership or joint venture relationship. The Services Provider and any other member of the Parent Group and their respective staff will not be eligible to receive any employee benefits from the Company Group. The Parent Group will maintain the obligation to pay any and all taxes connected with any compensation paid hereunder. Parent shall be responsible for ensuring that labor relations are not created in connection with the provision of the Services or otherwise under any Laws. Parent shall have, or shall ensure that the relevant Services Provider has, the sole responsibility to employ, pay, supervise, manage, control, direct and discharge all of the personnel used in its provision of Services hereunder. Except as may otherwise be expressly provided in this Agreement, Parent or the relevant Services Provider, as applicable, may terminate the employment of any employee involved in the provision of the Services without obtaining the consent of the relevant Services Recipient.
Supervision of Services. All the services to be performed by Consultant, including but not limited to the Services, will be as agreed between Consultant and Xxxxxxx’s CEO. Consultant will be required to report to Xxxxxxx’s CEO monthly concerning the Services performed under this Agreement. The nature and frequency of these reports will be left to the discretion of Xxxxxxx’s CEO.
Supervision of Services. Service Provider understands and agrees that each Team shall have weekly supervision with the Supervisor and weekly consultation meetings with the Lead Provider and that each Team must participate in this supervision and consultation as a condition of the Contract. Weekly consultation by the Lead Provider shall include but not be limited to the monitoring of: (i) TAM Scores in relation to the TAM Score Minimum Threshold under Section 1.C.; and (ii) the capacity percentage under Section 2.B., below. Weekly consultation by Lead Provider shall also include training in the delivery of MST intervention services, oversight to maintain all MST Group, LLC certifications and licenses, and other support in adhering to MST Training Materials and Manuals. Service Provider agrees to track and report to the Lead Provider all relevant information about each Participant, including all required Participant information at intake and discharge. Service Provider further acknowledges that it shall carry out all clinical supervision responsibilities under this Contract.
Supervision of Services. All persons furnishing Services shall be under the direction, supervision and control of the Asset Manager, and shall be appropriately licensed, skilled, and experienced to perform the portion of Services assigned to
