Supervisory Duties. An employee shall not be required to perform managerial/supervisory duties as an assistant to or a substitute for a principal or other supervisor. However, elementary principals may designate an employee, upon mutual agreement, as teacher-in-charge to act in emergencies when the principal is absent.
