Supplement to the Security Agreement. The security interests granted to the Collateral Agent herein are granted in furtherance, and not in limitation of, the security interests granted to the Collateral Agent pursuant to the Security Agreement. Each Grantor hereby acknowledges and affirms that the rights and remedies of the Collateral Agent with respect to the Patent Collateral are more fully set forth in the Security Agreement, the terms and provisions of which are hereby incorporated herein by reference as if fully set forth herein. In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the Security Agreement, the terms of the Security Agreement shall govern.
Supplement to the Security Agreement. The security interests granted to the Administrative Agent herein are granted in furtherance, and not in limitation of, the security interests granted to the Administrative Agent pursuant to the Security Agreement. Each Grantor hereby acknowledges and affirms that the rights and remedies of the Administrative Agent with respect to the Trademark Collateral are more fully set forth in the Security Agreement, the terms and provisions of which are hereby incorporated herein by reference as if fully set forth herein. In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the Security Agreement, the terms of the Security Agreement shall govern.
Supplement to the Security Agreement. The security interests granted to the Collateral Agent pursuant to this Patent Security Agreement are granted in furtherance of, and not in limitation or expansion of, the security interests granted to the Collateral Agent for the Secured Parties pursuant to the Security Agreement and the rights and obligations of the parties thereto. Each party hereto hereby acknowledges and affirms that the rights and remedies of each other party hereto with respect to the security interest in the Patent Collateral made and granted hereby are more fully set forth in the Security Agreement, the terms and provisions of which are incorporated by reference herein as if fully set forth herein. In the event that any provision of this Patent Security Agreement is deemed to conflict with the Security Agreement, the provisions of the Security Agreement shall govern.

The security interests granted to the Collateral Agent pursuant to this Trademark Security Agreement are granted in furtherance of, and not in limitation of or expansion of, the security interests granted to the Collateral Agent for the Secured Parties pursuant to the Security Agreement and the rights and obligations of the parties thereto. Each party hereto hereby acknowledges and affirms that the rights and remedies of the each other party hereto with respect to the security interest in the Trademark Collateral made and granted hereby are more fully set forth in the Security Agreement, the terms and provisions of which are incorporated by reference herein as if fully set forth herein. In the event that any provision of this Trademark Security Agreement is deemed to conflict with the Security Agreement, the provisions of the Security Agreement shall govern.
Supplement to the Security Agreement. In order to induce the Lenders to enter into this Second Amendment and in order to effectuate the terms hereof, the Company simultaneously herewith has executed and delivered to the Agent on behalf of the Lenders a Supplement to the Security Agreement, granting to the Agent a security interest in all of its existing and hereafter created Security, co-extensive with that provided' for in the Revised UCC.
Supplement to the Security Agreement. The Borrower shall have executed and delivered and there shall be in full force and effect a Supplement to the Security Agreement with respect to 100% of the Borrower’s Equity Interests in ADP of Arizona.

From and after the date of this Supplement, Schedules I, II, III, IV, V, and VI, to the Security Agreement shall be deemed to include each item listed on Annex D-1 to this Supplement.
