Supplemental and Additional Services. 4.1 Supplemental Services are not included in Basic Services but may be required for the Project. The Architect shall provide the Supplemental Services indicated below, and the Owner shall compensate the Architect as provided in Section 11.2. Supplemental Services may include programming, site evaluation and planning, environmental studies, civil engineering, landscape design, telecommunications/data, security, measured drawings of existing conditions, coordination of separate contractors or independent consultants, detailed cost estimates, on-site project representation beyond requirements of Section 4.2.2, value analysis, interior architectural design, tenant related services, preparation of record drawings, commissioning, sustainable project services, and any other services not otherwise included in this Agreement.

Supplemental and Additional Services. Should City desire or need any supplemental and/or additional services related to the Agreement, City shall have the right to use their own employees or contractors or enter into an agreement addendum with Consultant for any supplemental and/or additional services.
