Supplemental Charges. 5.1 Supplemental charges shall be payable by the Customer if Datasharp carries out non-routine repairs referred to in Clause 7.3 and where performance of its obligations is made more difficult or costly by reason of breach of the Customer's obligations set out herein.

5.5 Permits, licenses, and heavy vehicle use, excise, and personal property taxes which exceed ****** in any given year: billed at cost
Supplemental Charges. AIRLINE shall pay to the AUTHORITY, for each Rate Period hereof, any applicable Supplemental Charges including, but not limited to: charges for use of AUTHORITY-owned passenger loading bridges, AUTHORITY-funded Tenant Improvements, security badging, employee parking, aircraft parking fees, Federal Inspection Services (FIS) facility fees and other AUTHORITY-provided facilities and services as may be determined by the AUTHORITY.

c. Oxygen for use in conjunction with prescribed durable medical equipment is provided upon payment of 20% of Applicable Charges.
d. Repair, replacement and adjustment of durable medical equipment, other than due to misuse or loss, are also provided upon payment of 20% of Applicable Charges.
Supplemental Charges. The Fees and Payments Schedule specified in Section 2 of this Exhibit A includes the completion of software modifications which represent the expectations of the parties as to the timing of the various stages of the software development, as incorporated in a mutually agreed Implementation Schedule. Licensee's failure to meet its obligations under the Implementation Schedule, including without limitation such obligations that are prerequisites to CMSI continuing in a timely fashion with its obligations under the Implementation Schedule, shall result in additional expense and costs to CMSI. Accordingly, Licensee agrees that any extension in the Implementation Schedule as a result of Licensee's failure to meet its obligations under the Implementation Schedule will result in Licensee paying CMSI an additional charge equal to the prorated portion of the License Fees for the period of extension.
