Common use of Supplemental Compensation Clause in Contracts

Supplemental Compensation. In the event that, pursuant to Section 4.11, CONTRACTOR proposes to expand the capacity of the Facility and the Bureau approves such a proposal, then CONTRACTOR shall be eligible for supplemental compensation for any inmates housed in the Facility in excess of the original capacity. The per inmate per day rate of any such supplemental compensation shall be an amount mutually agreed upon by the Bureau and CONTRACTOR and shall not be greater than the maximum allowable pursuant to Section 957.07, F.S., and shall be subject to legislative appropriation.
