Supplemental Indentures Affecting the Servicer. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Article IX, no supplemental indenture shall be executed that would materially and adversely affect the interests of the Servicer described under Sections 3.22 or 10.18 hereunder without the consent of the Servicer.
