Supplemental Materials. A description of any Supplemental Materials as required by A.5.a., above.
Supplemental Materials. The IRO shall request all documentation required for its review of the Paid Claims in each Claims Review Sample and CHN shall furnish such documentation to the IRO prior to the IRO initiating its review of each Claims Review Sample. If the IRO accepts any supplemental documentation from CHN after the IRO has completed its initial review of each Claims Review Sample (Supplemental Materials), the IRO shall include the following in the Claims Review Report: (i) a description of the Supplemental Materials, (ii) the date the Supplemental Materials were accepted, (iii) the IRO’s reason(s) for accepting the Supplemental Materials, and (iv) the relative weight the IRO gave to the Supplemental Materials in its review.
Supplemental Materials. The IRO shall request all documentation and materials required for its review of the Focus Arrangements selected as part of the Arrangements Transaction Review and CHSI shall furnish such documentation and materials to the IRO, prior to the IRO initiating its review of the Focus Arrangements. If the IRO accepts any supplemental documentation or materials from CHSI after the IRO has completed its initial review of the Focus Arrangements (Supplemental Materials), the IRO shall identify in the Arrangements Transaction Review Report the Supplemental Materials, the date the Supplemental Materials were accepted, and the relative weight the IRO gave to the Supplemental Materials in its review. In addition, the IRO shall include a narrative in the Arrangements Transaction Review Report describing the process by which the Supplemental Materials were accepted and the IRO’s reasons for accepting the Supplemental Materials.

If the IRO accepts any supplemental documentation or materials from Orbit after the IRO has completed its initial review of the Discovery Sample or Full Sample (if applicable) (Supplemental Materials), the IRO shall identify in the Claims Review Report the Supplemental Materials, the date the Supplemental Materials were accepted, and the relative weight the IRO gave to the Supplemental Materials in its review. In addition, the IRO shall include a permitted.

The IRO shall request all documentation and materials required for its review of the medical records of the Medicare beneficiaries selected as part of the Discovery Sample or Full Sample (if applicable), and Good Shepherd shall furnish such documentation and materials to the IRO prior to the IRO initiating its review of the Discovery Sample or Full Sample (if applicable). If the IRO accepts any supplemental documentation or materials from Good Shepherd after the IRO has completed its initial review of the Discovery Sample or Full Sample (if applicable) (Supplemental Materials), the IRO shall identify in the Claims Review Report the Supplemental Materials, the date the Supplemental Materials were accepted, and the relative weight the IRO gave to the Supplemental Materials in its review. In addition, the IRO shall include a narrative in the Claims Review Report describing the process by which the Supplemental Materials were accepted and the IRO’s reasons for accepting the Supplemental Materials.
Supplemental Materials. Supplemental Materials, as used in this Agreement, means all materials related to the Article, but not considered part of the typeset Article as published in the Journal, provided by Contributors to Proprietor. Supplemental Materials may include, but are not limited to, data sets, audio-visual interviews and footage including podcasts (audio only) and vodcasts (audio and visual), appendices, and additional text, charts, figures, illustrations, photographs, computer graphics, and film footage. Contributors’ grant of a non-exclusive right and license to Proprietor for these materials in no way restricts re- publication of the Supplemental Materials by Contributors or anyone authorized by Contributors.
Supplemental Materials. Offerors are responsible for including all pertinent product data in the submitted response to this procurement packet. Literature, brochures, data sheets, specification information, completed forms requested as part of the procurement packet and any other facts which may affect the evaluation and subsequent contract award should be included. Materials such as legal documents and contractual agreements, which the Offeror wishes to include as a condition of the submission, must also be in the submitted response. Failure to include all necessary and proper supplemental materials may be cause to reject the entire response.
Supplemental Materials. If the IRO accepts any supplemental documentation from Saini after the IRO has completed its initial review of the Claims Review Sample (Supplemental Materials), the IRO shall include the following in the Claims Review Report: (i) a description of the Supplemental Materials, (ii) the date the Supplemental Materials were accepted, (iii) the IRO’s reason(s) for accepting the Supplemental Materials, and (iv) the relative weight the IRO gave to the Supplemental Materials in its review.
Supplemental Materials. With respect to Supplemental Materials that we wish to make accessible either through a link in the Article or on a site or through a service of the Copyright Owner, the Copyright Owner shall be entitled to publish, post, reformat, index, archive, make available and link to such Supplemental Materials on a non-exclusive basis in all forms and media (whether now known or later developed), and to permit others to do so. ‘Supplemental Materials’ shall mean additional materials that are not an intrinsic part of the ‘Article’, including but not limited to experimental data, e-components, encodings and software, and enhanced graphical, illustrative, video and audio material.
