Common use of Supplementary Provision Clause in Contracts

Supplementary Provision. The obligations, undertakings and liabilities of the Grantors to Party A hereunder are several and joint, and the Grantors shall be subject to the liabilities severally and jointly. With respect to Party A, breach of this Agreement by any party in the Grantors shall constitute the breach of the Grantors.
