Common use of Supplementary Vacations Clause in Contracts

Supplementary Vacations. Upon reaching the employment anniversary of twenty-five (25) years of continuous service, employees shall have earned an additional five (5) work days' vacation with pay. This provision applies when the qualifying date occurs before July 1st in each year.
