Common use of Supplementary Vacations Clause in Contracts

Supplementary Vacations. Section 1: Eligibility (a) After completing five (5) or more years of continuous service with the Company, an employee shall, in addition to the regular vacation to which he is entitled, become eligible to receive a Supplementary Vacation with pay each five (5) years as set forth below: Years of Completed Weeks of Supplementary After Five (5) One (1) After Twenty (20) Three (3) After Thirty-Five (35) Four (4) After Forty (40) Five (5) For the purpose of determining eligibility for Supplementary Vacation, an employee's service shall be calculated from the date of his joining the Company.
