Common use of Supplier’s Obligations on Termination Clause in Contracts

Supplier’s Obligations on Termination. On termination of the Contract, the Supplier shall, in addition to its other obligations under the Contract and at law (a) at the request of the Board, provide the Board with any completed or partially completed Deliverables; (b) provide the Board with a report detailing: (i) the current state of the provision of Deliverables by the Supplier at the date of termination; and (ii) any other information requested by the Board pertaining to the provision of the Deliverables and performance of the Contract; (c) execute such documentation as may be required by the Board to give effect to the termination of the Contract; and (d) comply with any other instructions provided by the Board , including but not limited to instructions for facilitating the transfer of its obligations to another Person. This paragraph shall survive any termination of the Contract.
