Supply by Agent. (a) The Agent must supply and maintain all hardware and software, not otherwise specified in the Agreement as the Principal's responsibility, to the extent required to enable the Agent to perform the Services. The Agent shall ensure that such hardware and software is compatible in all respects with the Principal’s hardware and software. (b) Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, the Agent must provide, at its cost all office consumables.
