Supply by Honeywell. Where the Subcontract provides that Honeywell must supply plant or materials, the supply will be limited to the material delivered to the Site or the relevant storage area. the Subcontractor will be responsible for all costs and risks of off-loading, storage, maintenance, further transportation, care of all materials supplied and any other materials or plant which may be required for the installation thereof. The Subcontractor will be responsible for the cost of any additional material needed due to loss, damage or waste.
