Supply of Alliance Products for Commercialization. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, GSK shall be solely responsible for the manufacture and supply of commercial requirements of formulated, packaged and labeled Alliance Products. Such formulated, packaged and labeled Alliance Products shall be manufactured and supplied in accordance with all applicable Laws and current Good Manufacturing Practices. GSK shall be solely responsible for secondary manufacture (formulation of finished drug product), packaging and labeling of the Alliance Product.
