Common use of Supporting Documents of Borrower Clause in Contracts

Supporting Documents of Borrower. There shall have been delivered to Agent (with sufficient copies for each of Lenders) such information and copies of documents (if any), approvals (if any) and records (certified where appropriate) of corporate and legal proceedings (if any) in addition to those listed on the Closing Checklist as Agent or any Lender may have reasonably requested relating to the Loan Parties' entering into and performance of the Loan Documents or any other agreements or documents related thereto.
