Supporting Materials. Borrower hereby authorizes and directs any bank that issues a letter of credit guaranteed by an L/C Guaranty to deliver to Agent all instruments, documents, and other writings and property received by the issuing bank pursuant to such letter of credit, and to accept and rely upon Agent's instructions and agreements with respect to all matters arising in connection with such letter of credit and the related application. Borrower may or may not be the "applicant" or "account party" with respect to such letter of credit.

Supporting Materials. Below is a list of materials required for the distribution of the Developed Format to the international market. The Parties shall collaborate in creating the materials. All materials shall be in English or translated into English.

In connection with the execution and delivery of any Canadian Subsidiary Guarantee or Canadian Security Document pursuant to this Section 5.1(14), the Borrower shall, or shall cause the relevant Canadian Subsidiary to, deliver to the Administrative Agent such corporate resolutions, certificates, legal opinions and such other related documents as shall be reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent.
Supporting Materials. The Community Pharmacy will be provided by the Commissioner as appropriate, with relevant referral points which pharmacy staff can use to signpost service users who require further assistance.

In connection with the execution and delivery of any Security Document pursuant to Section 5.1(11), the Borrower shall, or shall cause the relevant other Obligor to, deliver to the Administrative Agent such corporate resolutions, certificates, legal opinions and such other related documents as shall be reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent and consistent with the relevant forms and types thereof delivered on the Closing Date, or as shall be otherwise reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent.
Supporting Materials. All drawings, designs, specifications, software used exclusively by NPS in connection with NPS’s 2.X and 3.X wind turbine platforms as of the Effective Date set forth in Schedule 2.1(c) (the “Supporting Materials”);

Supporting Materials. Submitter agrees to provide GRDR® program with supporting information and documentation (Supporting Materials) to enable efficient use of the submitted data by investigators unfamiliar with the data (e.g., registry protocol(s) or other supporting documentation, as appropriate, and questionnaire(s)).
