Surrender of Certificate upon Revocation. Upon revocation or suspension of a Retailer’s Certificate, the Retailer shall return to the Lottery, by a date designated by the Lottery, the Retailer Certificate, all Equipment, Inventory, supplies, and any other property owned or leased by the Lottery.
