Surrender of Materials. The Employee hereby agrees to deliver to the Company promptly upon request or on the date of termination of the Employee’s employment, all documents, copies thereof and other materials in the Employee’s possession pertaining to the business of the Company and its customers, including, but not limited to, Confidential Information (and each and every copy, disk, abstract, summary or reproduction of the same made by or for the Employee or acquired by the Employee), and thereafter to promptly return documents and copies thereof and other material in the Employee’s possession. The Employee will be responsible for the value of all Company or customer property that is not timely returned. Employee authorizes the Company to deduct the fair market value of such property from any monies owed to Employee.

You also agree that your expense account and use of Company credit and telephone cards will cease immediately and you will promptly return such cards or other similar Company property in your possession and submit your final expense account, including an accounting for any advances. You further acknowledge that you have not and will not retain any copies or excerpts of the materials described above, and that you will not attempt to retrieve or recreate any of the materials described above after the termination of your employment.

Surrender of Materials. EMPLOYEE agrees that he will also surrender to the Company, at its request, or at the conclusion of his employment, all accounts, notes, data, sketches, drawings and other documents and records, and all material and physical items of any kind, including all reproductions and copies thereof, which relate in any way to the business, products, practices or techniques of the Company or contain Confidential Information, whether or not created by him, or which come into his possession by reason of his employment with the Company, and EMPLOYEE agrees further that all of the foregoing are the property of the Company.
Surrender of Materials. Licensee shall immediately deliver to Licensor all Manuals, including the Manuals, records, files, instructions, correspondence, all materials related to operating the licensed business, including, without limitation, brochures, agreements, invoices, and any and all other materials relating to the operation of the licensed business in Licensee's possession, and all copies thereof (all of which are acknowledged to be Licensor's property), and shall retain no copy or record of any of the foregoing, except Licensee's copy of this Agreement and of any correspondence between the parties and any other documents which Licensee reasonably needs for compliance with any provision of law.
Surrender of Materials. Upon termination of this Agreement, either party may request the return or destruction of its proprietary or confidential materials. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the parties may keep copies of any materials, data, or other information beyond the Term of this Agreement only as necessary to comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
